Program Leader

This program will be lead by Mike Foti. Mike is the Chief Executive Officer of Cleveland Glass Block (a glass block contracting and distribution business) with 7 locations in 4 states where sales have grown over 330% over the last 10 years. This company works in both the residential and commercial construction markets and has expanded recently by adding two new product divisions to their mix.

Through his company Leadership Builders Mike speaks professionally to groups and also works one on one with entrepreneurs to help get results in their businesses and through their people. Mike has an MBA from Case Western Reserve University (ranked as a Top 10 school in the world for Entrepreneurship) and a B. S. in Business Administration from Carnegie-Mellon University.
